Acceptance
By joining the waitlist, submitting feedback, receiving a template, using a discount code, or participating in a beta, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Early access status
SwipeMuse is being built and tested. Features, pricing, templates, beta access, supported platforms, source compatibility, and availability may change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any beta build, paid plan, template, discount, or feature.
Permission boundaries
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to access, save, process, and use any source material you choose to capture or organize with SwipeMuse. SwipeMuse may help you structure permitted public references, visible context, and your own notes, but it does not authorize you to violate third-party platform terms, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, confidentiality duties, or applicable laws.
Do not use SwipeMuse to bypass paywalls, login restrictions, account permissions, DRM, robots or access controls, geographic restrictions, rate limits, or any other technical or contractual restriction. Do not use SwipeMuse to facilitate unauthorized downloading, streaming, copying, redistribution, resale, or public posting of copyrighted or restricted content.
Standard and professional templates
- Standard templates are onboarding resources that may be provided to general waitlist members as they become available.
- Professional Notion Ad OS access is reserved for qualified feedback contributors or paid users, depending on the stage of the product.
- Professional access may be delivered through verified email, limited claim or coupon flows, Notion Marketplace access locking, or another controlled delivery method.
- A hidden Notion duplicate link is not treated as abuse protection. Do not publicly post, resell, sublicense, or redistribute professional template access.
- You may adapt templates for your own internal workflow, but you may not sell, package, or distribute SwipeMuse templates as a competing template or product.
Professional cohort and discounts
Professional cohort eligibility is based on our review of your submitted feedback. Feedback should be specific, relevant to ad research, and useful for product decisions. Empty, repeated, numeric-only, copied, or vague submissions may remain on the standard waitlist.
First-year discount codes are limited promotional offers. Codes may expire, have redemption limits, be tied to a specific email address, or be changed if we detect abuse, resale, sharing, automation, or other misuse.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, abusive, unlawful, or misleading information.
- Do not attempt to bypass template delivery controls, coupon limits, beta access controls, or anti-abuse systems.
- Do not use SwipeMuse materials to infringe third-party intellectual property or violate platform rules.
- Do not use SwipeMuse to access, capture, download, copy, or redistribute material that you are not permitted to access or use.
- Do not use SwipeMuse for background surveillance, unrelated browsing-data collection, ad targeting, or any purpose unrelated to its stated user-facing research workflow.
- Do not submit passwords, ad account credentials, payment card numbers, or confidential client information through public forms.
Feedback rights
If you submit feedback, feature requests, workflow descriptions, or pain points, you allow SwipeMuse to use that feedback to improve the product, prioritize features, communicate with beta users, and create anonymized product insights. We will not intentionally publish your personal contact information as part of public feedback.
Third-party services
SwipeMuse may rely on third-party services such as Notion, Google services, browser platforms, email providers, analytics tools, payment processors, and template marketplaces. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. SwipeMuse is not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by third-party services.
No warranty
SwipeMuse early access materials, templates, beta builds, and communications are provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, guaranteed beta access, guaranteed template eligibility, or guaranteed business results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwipeMuse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from waitlist participation, beta use, template use, discount-code issues, or third-party service changes.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued participation in the waitlist, beta, template program, or paid product after updates means you accept the updated terms.
